One of my favorite and to-go restaurant for dim sum in the South Bay, and even if I didn't live nearby, I'd travel just to eat here.
It's true that their pricing has gone up but it follows inflation so you can't be mad at them for surviving.

Dim Sum prices for 2022
Small / Medium / Large $5.95 / $6.95 / $7.95 tea $2 each
The carts go around but they do not have all the menu items, you need to pick up a dim sum order form and select what you want.

Review

Excellent, authentic Chinese food.
We got the XO Spicy Beef Fillet, the Crab Meat Dried Scallop Homemade Tofu, the Roasted Duck BBQ Pork Rice, Seafood over Rice and the West Lake Beef Soup. Everything was good.
