We wanted to round out our meal with veggies - you can't go wrong with some "steamed vegetables with minced garlic," right?? Instead of fresh, green veggies, what showed up on our table was a floured monstrosity.

This is a traditional classic Chinese restaurant that establish in pandemic era around the Cupertino area through out the up and down of the economy. And any restaurant can survive the harsh business world is A OK in my book.
