It's simply called "boiled" and it's my favorite thing on any menu for miles around. Cod simmered with nappa cabbage in a super spicy broth redolant with Sichuan peppercorns. Dan Dan noodles with more Sichuan. Everything is great here.

Found some awesome General Tso's Chicken!
The chicken was cooked perfectly, nice and crispy on the outside with not a ton of beading. In my opinion it could use a little more spice, but still had great flavor.

Review

I have ti said the made best and most consistent hot and sour food in Lynnwood.
Kungpao chicken and twice cooked pork are good. The Mongolian beef is on the sweeter than my personal liking.
Service is top notch.
