How this place managed to get some positive reviews is beyond me. Luckily got a table right away but took legit good 5min to get a menu. Terrible service.

Red Hot Wok is a Taiwanese restaurant which has been serving Cupertino for more than a decade. Its menu has largely been unchanged, and that's because the restaurant has been serving excellent and consistent food to this day.

Review

As someone who constantly craves Taiwanese "hot plate" (台式熱炒), this place is heaven. The braised pork belly over rice is one of the best I have ever had, and their salted egg stir fry is unparalleled.
