Delicious chubbay noodles if you ask me!
What's nice is that for some of the noodle dishes, you can choose the width of your noodles.

Although this was the first time putting a name to the dish, I realized I had been eating this kind of noodles since I was a kid. The broth is so light, aromatic, and full of flavor.

Review

I ordered the lanzhou hand pulled noodles with regular flat noodles and an extra egg for $2. The noodles were tough albeit they were enjoyable to chew on. The meat was cooked well and were a great pair with the noodles.

This is a wonderful spot for this style of noodle house. They have a variety of noodles from which to choose, from small round to wide flat and even larger belt noodles.
