We knew this place was going to be legit by the storefront where you'll see two people hand-folding trays of dumplings.
All of the dim sum dishes were steamed to order and piping hot. Each of the fillings were immensely savory.

This is IMHO by far one of the best places to get your dumpling and noodle fix. If you want a more humble, less pretentious atmosphere, skip the high prices at Din Tai Fung.

The dumplings are indeed epic.

XLBs, chive dumplings, even potstickers. They're all good.

Nice family run and family style restaurant.

Little mom n pop shop.
Stopped by for lunch. Enjoyed the pig ears and spicy tendon, both sliced super thin.
Cucumber salad needed a longer marinade maybe but still very refreshing.
