Six week series of one hour classes will be held every Wednesday at 6pm. Price is for the entire series. This class will focus on the Yang Style short form and will also cover various Qi Gong exercises for health and wellness. Improving strength, increasing mobility and flexibility, Tai Chi is a wonderful practice to encorpate into your life.
