Free Qigong and Tai Chi, in the Park. Every 3rd Saturday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Mindful Movement, well-being, stress release, & nature.
(Weather permitting - use your discretion.)
Mindfully align your breath and movement to restore health and vitality through the practice of Qigong.
This community Qigong class is created and led by Mindy Jaques, AP and members of the leadership team at Kam Lee Center: Gloria Tilman, Phyllis Hunter and Larry Haftel.
Mindy Jaques is an acupuncture physician and doctor of oriental medicine at Kam Lee Center. She has studied qigong and Chen Taijiquan (tai chi) under Master Kam Lee and Grandmaster Zhu Tiancai for over 13 years. In addition, she practices and teaches Medical Qigong, Bamai Qigong, The Healing Sounds, and other internal alchemy practices at Kam Lee Center.

RELEASE: By signing up and/or participating in this free Qigong and Tai Chi event, Participant acknowledges the existence of certain risks inherent in any exercise, health or martial arts training and hereby agrees and assumes all risks of injury and loss to student. Student agrees to hold harmless and releases Kam Lee Center (KLC), its staff, management, and his or her fellow staff/students/helpers from any liability due to damages resulting from any loss from theft or injury to the student’s health, body mental well-being, or property. Student also releases all claims and agrees that as a student, parents or guardians, any pictures or videos that are taken during KLC events, seminars or workshops may be used by KLC for the purpose of promotion or advertising including but not limited to the publishing of brochures, videos, flyers and/or website publications. Kam Lee Center reserves the right to any materials taken thereof.
