Organized by Assistant Regional Head Instructor Michelle Judy
On the last Saturday in April, in hundreds of cities, spanning eighty nations, people will come together to breathe together. Kirkland School of Oom Yung Doe invites all students, staff, faculty of Lake Washington Institute of Technology as well as the general public to be part of this worldwide event. With all the tumultuous events going on, it is more important than ever to remind ourselves that panic and fear have no place in lives dedicated to peace. Be part of providing the healing vision for our world. This year the focus is on building Global Immunity through movement. Join us for the event to learn how effective Tai Chi practice can be at boosting the immune system, reducing stress, and improving overall physical health. One enduring principle of traditional martial arts is that when you improve, it positively affects everything you do. You are more energetic, patient, focused, and productive. We look forward to sharing this with our community during this global event.
