The China-California Business Forum is a signature event under the China Provinces and U.S. California Joint Working Framework for Trade & Investment cooperation. The event itself was founded to promote and highlight California's trade and investment with Chinese provinces and to encourage entrepreneurs to explore business opportunities. The previous five forums have drawn in over 2,100 attendees.
Each year, the Forum features keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. This year’s forum is joined by a Chinese delegation consisting of 150+ top business leaders and trade officials from dozens of provinces. Shanghai will be the Guest City of Honor this year, and Dr. Zheng GONG, Mayor of Shanghai, will join the Forum as one of the keynote speakers.
This event is hosted by the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Los Angeles. The forum's supporters are the California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development, GO-BIZ China Trade and Investment Network, and China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products.
