Medical Qigong

This course provides an overview of Medical Qigong principles, techniques, and their applications in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Participants will explore the flow of Qi (vital energy) in the body and its connection to health and healing. They will learn various Qigong movements, breathing exercises, and meditation practices to cultivate and direct Qi for therapeutic purposes.
